Growing up with a Father who was a meticulous carpenter and proudly operated his own highly sought-after construction company, Adam Roy grew up with a deep respect for the building trade, shaped by a family legacy of craftsmanship and an uncompromising belief that anything worth building is worth building right. That belief didn’t come from a business plan. It came from watching what genuine pride in a craft actually looks like, and deciding early that nothing less would do.
Adam spent over 15 years following in those footsteps and working as a carpenter before founding a custom home building company rooted in real quality and honest values. He framed walls, set beams, and learned to read a structure from the inside out. By the time ARoy Builders was established, the foundation was built on more than a decade of real, hands-on experience and a clear sense of what this company would stand for.
